We have been involved with the cost planning stage on this project and have just completed our tender return analysis. Looking forward to seeing this project taking off the ground.
Gardener’s Cottage Princes Street Gardens
We were very excited to be a part of this special project. The internal decoration is in the Victorian style. The cottage is the base for the Ross Development Trust who is fund raising for the larger anticipated project to the bandstand in the gardens.

Just about to finish an extensive refurbishment at this family home. The client and contractor were both very satisfied upon completion.
New commercial property in North Berwick
We were delighted to have been the employer’s agent on this new build 10,000 square foot commercial office. Though adjoining onto another building site, there were no issues to report and the project was completed within the contract period.
Beside the Sea at Fidra Road
Cromarbrooks have been appointed to provide a full QS service to the refurbishment and conversion of a three story house with an attached annex. We are now close to completion and it has proved great value for money.
The Pet Shop Boys return… to Leith!!
The iconic pet shop Dufos on Leith Walk has been transformed into Ian Springford Architects Offices. We are delighted to have been part of this project, which finished on time and within budget!
